The webpage www.venusshop.gr is the online presence of the company under the name “ME APOSTOLAKI AXETE” and the trade name “VENUS SHOP” (Tax Reg. No 094313526, Heraklion Crete). The company’s head office is located in Agia Pelagia Crete Greece

The present terms fully comply with the current European and Greek legislation; users acknowledge the company’s right to modify any provisions of the present terms to the extent that such modification would neither affect legally binding obligations of either party nor affect any accomplished situations.

Website users acknowledge they have read the present terms, agree with them, and undertake to comply with them.

PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

In order to perform any transaction through the Venusshop.gr and to make any order of the company’s products, you will be asked to provide some personal data. When you place an order, you will be asked to provide your full name and surname, the address for the delivery of products, your fixed phone number (or whichever phone number you specify), your email address and, in case you choose to use your credit card as a payment method, you will be asked to provide the card number, its expiry date as well as the 3-digit security code of your card.

Our company shall process these data in accordance with article 7Α par. 1 (b) of Law 2472/1997, in order to complete the order placed by our customers and shall in no way disclose, publish or sell these data to any third parties, except in case a legal procedure regarding the withdrawal of confidentiality is initiated (L. 2225/1994) or according to other obligations arising from the national implementation of Directive 24/2006.

PROHIBITIONS

You must not misuse this Website. You will not: commit or encourage a criminal offense; transmit or distribute a virus, trojan, worm, logic bomb or post any other material which is malicious, technologically harmful, in breach of confidence or in any way offensive or obscene; hack into any aspect of the Service; corrupt data; cause annoyance to other users; infringe upon the rights of any other person’s proprietary rights; send any unsolicited advertising or promotional material, commonly referred to as “spam”; or attempt to affect the performance or functionality of any computer facilities of or accessed through this Website. We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial-of-service attack, viruses or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data or other proprietary material due to your use of this Website or to your downloading of any material posted on it, or on any website linked to it.

Except for specified exceptions (copyright of third parties and affiliates), all www.venusshop.gr content, including images, graphics, photographs, texts, services and all the files on this website are copyright, trademarks and service marks of Venus shop are protected by the relevant provisions of Greek law, European law, and international treaties. Therefore, none of them can be wholly or partially subject to sale, copying, reproduction, republication, or downloaded, transmitted, or distributed in any way.

Excluding the case of saving a single copy of the contents to a personal computer for personal, non-commercial use and without deletion of the indication of origin from www.venusshop.gr, without affecting in any way on intellectual and industrial property. All other products or services listed in the pages of this website bear the marks of their respective organizations, companies, partners, associations, and publications, are their intellectual and industrial property and therefore they bear the responsibility. The user/member understands and accepts that he has no right to reproduce, copy, sell, resell, and/or commercially exploit in any manner all or part of the contents of www.venusshop.gr.

SECURITY

Venus Shop recognizes the importance of the issue of security of electronic transactions and has taken all necessary measures with the most modern and advanced methods to ensure maximum safety. All information related to the personal information of users safeguarded as confidential.

Venus Shop is using the protocol SSL, encrypted by 256-bit, in order to secure online trading. In this way encrypts all your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that they cannot be read or changed during the transfer over the Internet.

The SSL (Secure Sockets Layer), has been adopted worldwide as the safest protocol for the certification of websites (web sites) to Web users – and to encrypt data between network users and network servers (web servers). An encrypted SSL communication requires all information sent between a client and a server (server) to be encrypted by the sending software and decrypted by the receiving software, protecting personal information during transmission.  In addition, all information sent by the SSL protocol is protected by a mechanism that automatically checks whether the data have been changed in transit.

The user information (name, occupation, address, home address, etc.) and transactions for users of the shop are restricted, as in ordinary commercial transactions in the store.

Users in the supply of components in their trade as with this, will be informed by Venus Shop and acquiesce and accept the impending data processing this personal data for the purpose of a smooth and simple transaction between the parties, as well as the data transmission to recipients who will be specifically identified, officials and cooperated departures with the company in the handling of the contract drawn up. Also in this disclosed the existence of the rights and the right to object to Article 12 and 13 of Law 2472/1997.

PRICES AND AVAILABILITY
Prices listed on the website are in Euros and include all tax burdens (24% VAT), excluding shipping costs. The shipping costs are in charge of the Customer and appear during the order, and invoiced by the end of the order over the price of selected products. Venus shop reserves the right to modify the product prices of web address at any whatsoever time. It is nevertheless bound to apply prices quoted on the website at the time of your order.

Note that we execute your order depending on our stocks available and that the reported product availabilities are indicative and not binding. Shouldn’t any of our products be available in our stocks, we are committed to communicating with you via e-mail within 2 working days since the date of order, informing you of the deadline within which the product can be delivered to you or for the complete possibly lack of this particular product.

ORDER OF PRODUCTS AND CONSUMER PROTECTION

Making an order through the e-shop signifies that you enter into a distance selling agreement, which is governed by the legal frame of Law 2251/1994, as modified.

You may enter into a valid order through our e-shop provided that you are a legally capable person according to the Greek Civil Code (that is if you are eighteen years of age or older and you are not placed under judicial guardianship regarding the entering into sales agreements). Representatives of legal entities may also place orders; our company reserves the right to claim from supervisors or guardians any order made by legally incapacitated persons.

PROCEDURE FOR MAKING AN ORDER THROUGH E-SHOP:

  1. You need to fill in the special form with the necessary data in order to enter into the sales agreement
  2. You also need to unreservedly accept the sales agreement terms and the terms of use by clicking the “ACCEPT” button, as shown online to all users of our website.

To facilitate payment for those who wish to buy products from our e-shop, www.venusshop.gr offers the following payment methods:

  1. By charging your credit card. Charging of credit card takes place on the date the procedure of dispatching of products begins. Venus shop has taken all necessary precautions regarding the security of your transactions through your credit card and all credit and debit cardholders are subject to validity control.

Moreover, for orders made by a credit or debit card the amount of which exceeds the limit set by Venus shop (€ 300.00), you will be asked to send us a copy of your identity card and a proof of residence via fax, email, or mail. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused, these measures, however, demonstrate our resolve to protect our customers from possible credit or debit card fraud.

It is important to specify necessarily a phone number and a valid e-mail address.

  1. By cash on delivery (Greece only) at the moment you will receive the ordered products. In this case, the customers will be charged the amount of 2.50 euros (VAT 24% is included).

Before the completion of the order, our company informs consumers though our website about the identity and address of suppliers, substantial features of the product, price, quantity, transfer costs, payment method, delivery method, duration and price of the offer, if any, and the right of withdrawal.

Upon sending the order form, consumers receive online a copy of their order that they may save.

All prices shown under the relevant lists of each product include VAT (24%); www.venusshop.gr reserves the right to change prices without notice to the consumers.

NOTE: Non-EU-Customers shall be subject to any charges that may arise from exchange rate differences, customs clearances, etc., for which our company shall bear no liability.

RETURNS

Whether you are returning a product due to change of size, color or any other reason such as not being satisfied by the product, you have the right to return the product within 14 calendar days from the day you received it, according to courier’s delivery note (see the section below in regards FREE RETURN).

At all circumstances, the returned products must be in the same condition as they were delivered and received by the customer, in full parts and without any wear and tear. They must be in their original package and in excellent condition (without removed labels). Finally, the product must be accompanied by all necessary delivery documentation (i.e. Dispatch Note, Invoice, etc.).

FREE RETURN AND FREE REPLACEMENT IN GREECE

Venus Shop offers the transportation cost for the first return of an entire order or part of it, as well as the transport cost for re-delivery FREE OF CHARGE. Free of charge service applies only for deliveries within Greece.

For orders delivered in Cyprus and other countries, the return postage is paid by the buyer. Venus shop will not refund the return postage unless the wrong item has been received or the item is proved to be faulty. In any case, refunds regarding return postage can only happen in case of prior notice of the Venus shop Customer Support, the carrier, and the corresponding shipping cost.

PRODUCT RETURN WITH ADDITIONAL CHARGES:

In case of a second return of the same order, the delivery cost must be covered by the customer.

Returns and replacements of products are feasible under the following conditions:

  1. You contact us directly at +30 2810 811328 or you can send us an e-mail at contact@venusshop.gr by stating the return reason.
  2. Returns are active within 14 calendar days from the date you received it, according to the courier’s proof of delivery. None of the products can be returned after the 14 calendar days’ period has expired.
  3. Only if the product hasn’t been used.
  4. The product comes within its original packaging, along with all its labels (which must have not been removed) and has not any wear or tear. Returns of Earrings, Swimwear, Customade Sandals, and Cosmetics are not accepted. When trying on footwear we advise using a clean surface or carpet, as shoes with marked or dirty soles may not be accepted for return. The shoe box must be adequately protected when returned so that it is not damaged in any way. Whenever possible, we suggest using the initial packaging.
  5. The product is accompanied by all necessary documentation proving the transaction (Dispatch Note, Purchase Receipt, etc.).
  6. Earrings can’t be returned or exchanged because of the nature of these items unless they arrive damaged or defective.

No product return is accepted if it doesn’t abide by the aforementioned conditions.

REFUND

In case you do not wish a replacement order, you are welcome to request a refund. Refunds are processed within 14 days since delivery in our warehouse, so all you need to do is contact us by telephone at +30 2810 811328 or email at contact@venusshop.gr

All refunds are processed through the initial payment method (e.g. credit card, PayPal, etc.). In case you have selected the Cash On Delivery method, the refund is processed to a bank account through wire transfer. We will, therefore, need you to send us an email containing your bank name, IBAN, and beneficiary full name.

For security reasons, Venus shop requests that the beneficiary or co-beneficiary name of the bank account is the same with the one registered in the billing address when placing your order.

Shipping

The delivery of products is powered by Elta courier and DHL.

Deliveries are realized throughout the day, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 16:00 pm.

The price list mentioned above is indicative only and additional charges may occur especially for large volume items. You will be informed about the exact shipping cost when selecting a shipping method during the checkout process.

If the country to which Products are shipped and delivered is outside E.U., there is a probability that you may be required to pay customs duties, fees, taxes, etc by the competent Authorities. Venus shop cannot in any case-control such charges and in no case can inform Customers about relevant costs. In such cases, Customers bear the relevant charges. Venus shop undertakes neither liability nor obligation to pay for or restitute in any way thereof, such charges.

Delivery time

Once you have placed your order, delivery will take place within 2 or 3 working days (unless stated otherwise in the product page). For destinations characterized by the courier company as “hard-to-access”, the delivery time might vary. In any case, we will make anything possible so that your order is delivered to you the soonest possible, even before the foreseen delivery time. Order Delay  

In case that your order is delayed for any reason, you may contact us on working days from 10:00 am to 17:00 pm (Athens Time), so that we can inform you about the exact delivery time.

Your order might be delayed due to the following reasons:

  • The product you have ordered is not available: among the products displayed in our e-shop, on rare occasions, some products might be out-of-stock and our online system is not automatically updated regarding this product’s availability. In this case, a member of our personnel will contact you directly in order to offer you all possible alternative solutions or even arrange to cancel your order without any charge.
  • In periods of extreme weather conditions or strikes, as well as in any case of force majeure that might affect the transport and delivery of your order.
  • In case that it is impossible to get hold of you on the phone and/or reach you through e-mail to inform you that some issue has arisen concerning your order (either related to the product or its payment); for instance, to inform you that the personal information you have given is not accurate or up-to-date.
