Venusshop.gr e-shop cooperates with Alpha Bank for debit/ credit card payment services. Payment using credit cards is an absolutely safe payment method for our clients. To pay the order, you shall be redirected to the dedicated Alpha Bank webpage (Redirection) without any contact in any case with data and details of your card. This information shall be transferred by you using an encrypted connection to Alpha Bank through the bank’s safe transaction systems. In the case where you choose to pay using a credit card, you must be present to receive your order and have your credit card and ID with you. In this case, a third party is not allowed to receive the order. This also applies when you place an order on behalf of a company. In this case, the card must be corporate and it should state the name of the recipient. When placing an order, the purchase agreement shall be concluded once your payment transfer is concluded.
