What personal data do we collect?

PAYMENT METHODS
All payments made using the card are processed through the electronic payment platform of " Alpha e-Commerce" of Alpha Bank and uses TLS 1.2 encryption protocol encryption with 128-bit (Secure Sockets Layer – SSL). Debit/ Credit card
Venusshop.gr e-shop cooperates with Alpha Bank for debit/ credit card payment services. Payment using credit cards is an absolutely safe payment method for our clients. Venus shop shall never become aware of your card or account information. To pay the order, you shall be redirected to the dedicated Alpha Bank webpage (Redirection) without any contact in any case with data and details of your card. This information shall be transferred by you using an encrypted connection to Alpha Bank through the bank’s safe transaction systems. In the case where you choose to pay using a credit card, you must be present to receive your order and have your credit card and ID with you. In this case, a third party is not allowed to receive the order. This also applies when you place an order on behalf of a company. In this case, the card must be corporate and it should state the name of the recipient. When placing an order, the purchase agreement shall be concluded once your payment transfer is concluded.
